TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

  • NOTICE: Applicants are required to read the Terms of Service before inquiring for a commission.

  • I reserve the right to turn down any commission request for any reason.

  • Please refrain from sending me just a "Hello" message. When it comes to inquiries, I prefer conciseness and organization.

  • Commission prices are subject to change.

  • This is not a case of first come, first served. To limit the length of my backlog, I prefer to prioritize commissions that I can accomplish surreptitiously.

  • I publish alternative artwork for general content and Patreon content, such as fanart and personal work.

  • Unless Clients request otherwise before the project starts, the process will likely be publicized on Twitter and/or broadcast on Twitch or YouTube.

TIMELINE AND PROCESS

  • Please fill out the application form below after reading and comprehending my terms of service. I'll confirm it in Direct Messages or Email until I complete reviewing the requirements needed for the commission, at which point we may discuss the commission(s) in further detail.

  • The complexity, type of commission, and the number of people on the wait list will determine how long it takes to finish the commission. My workflow ranges from a week to two months, if not more, depending on my real-life situations. A quicker response to my commission updates would accelerate the overall process.

  • I will inform you if anything causes delays or adjustments in project priorities.

  • I will suggest up to 3 acceptable alterations after the draft/sketch phase. The price of any additional alterations will be discussed.

  • Character ref sheets or illustrations are needed. Provide sufficient references. References cannot be character charts or descriptions. Unless you're commissioning a character design, descriptions should at least contain picture references from Google, Pinterest, etc.

  • Completed commissioned artwork will be delivered through your Email or DMs.

CANVAS INFO

  • Given file formats will be PNG and JPEG.

  • Ranged from 1000px² to 4000px² 300ppi

  • You are permitted to request your choice of canvas size.

PAYMENT | FEES

  • Payments will only be accepted through PayPal and GCash. (USD)

  • PayPal Email: [email protected] | GCash mobile number will be sent to you in private.

  • Payment upfront. Partial payments are accepted. I would like to know the date for you to pay the balance. Please inquire again when you're confident about the project's payment date.

  • I will suspend the work in the midst of the project until you have paid the whole amount owed under the terms of the agreement.

  • Depending on how close the deadline could be, a surcharge will be added to the price of any rushed orders.

  • I will proceed with your commission once I have received confirmation of your application and payment.

  • COMMERCIAL USAGE - $20+

  • REVISION FEE - Free revision up to 3 times. More than 3 will be discussed.

  • RUSH ORDER FEE - Birthday rushes will cost a minimum of $10+, depending on the complexity of your commission. The issue of regular commissions will be discussed.

REFUND | CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If I am unable to begin your commission for whatever reason, you will be reimbursed in full.

  • If I have not progressed the commission past the draft/sketch stage, you may request a cancellation and a refund.

COPYRIGHT

  • I, the artist, own all copyrights to the commissioned work.

  • I reserve the right to publish commissioned work on my social media platforms and portfolio.

  • As agreed, clients have sole rights to utilize the artwork for personal purposes that are not for sale or distribution. The client cannot profit from commissioned artwork.

  • Every piece of artwork will be watermarked; if you publish it publicly, you may not claim sole ownership of any artwork received.

  • Please supply me with the proper credit, while publicizing the commissions you obtain.

  • No work shall be performed for or made accessible to the Client and may be utilized for NFT or blockchain-related activities.

  • The customer may not change, edit, or reproduce the commissioned artwork without my permission. Doing so would be a violation of my copyright.

By placing a commission, you agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Policy, and any violation gives the artist the right to take action on their behalf.

GENERAL LIVE2D TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • By default, I'll only be attaching a configured settings file for the tracking software - VTube Studio.

  • Please do not allow other artists to alter the model I created for you without my consent.

  • In their social media profiles, Twitch, and/or YouTube channel descriptions, the client must provide proper credit to the artist. ex: パパ/ママ: Cotton Sweets Illustrator/Rigger: Cotton Sweets. The credits should be clearly visible and not obscured on purpose.

  • Commissions for Live2D are considered commercial use. If you commission a talent agency, you will pay additional charges according to the company's scale.

  • Clients will not receive the original, editable Live2D Model file, only facial tracking-ready files. If you do request for it, it requires a fee.

  • The client will not be permitted to request or purchase the.cmo3 files in order to modify or update the model.

  • If the client requests minor adjustments after testing the model, I will make these changes and submit a new version of the files.

  • No work shall be performed for or made accessible to the Client may be utilized for NFT, or blockchain-related activities.

  • Prices of my commissions are subjected to change at anytime.

  • The artist will not modify a model or its rig without the permission of the model's original artist.

FOR MODEL COMMISSIONS

  • Consider commissioning me to create a character design and/or character sheet if you do not have a suitable image or reference sheet for your character. If not, I will not take character charts, descriptions, colorless character images, or sketches as references. However, colored drawings are acceptable.

  • Any additional outfits you intend to purchase will also require a reference.

FOR RIG-ONLY COMMISSIONS

  • Provided models (.psd) must be rig-ready.

  • PSD should be divided into appropriately named and grouped layers (R/L suitably), with each layer being drawn in its entirety regardless of overlap.

  • The model must be positioned in the default position. It must be vertical and centered, with the symmetry line of the face aligned with the canvas' center line.

  • It is not my responsibility to modify any errors made by the model's illustrator without their consent; if permission is given, a fee will be charged.

  • The artist will not be required to draw the whole expressions, only the additional assets (tears, heart pupils, angry mark, etc.)

ART MENTORSHIP COMMISSION

Welcome to the Terms and Conditions for my Art Class! I am thrilled to be joining you on this artistic adventure. This article will provide you with important information and guidelines to facilitate a fruitful and inspirational mentorship experience. Please carefully read the following information:

OBJECTIVE

  • The Art Mentorship Commission is intended to provide personalized coaching, feedback, and artistic progress suited to your specific creative goals. Throughout this mentoring, we will work collaboratively to improve your abilities, broaden your artistic interests, and cultivate your artistic voice.

Mentorship Sessions

  • Our mentorship will consist of one-on-one sessions, each focusing on a different aspect of your artistic development. Portfolio reviews, technique presentations, concept discussions, and personalized assignments will be included in these sessions to challenge and enhance your abilities.

Schedule

  • Sessions will be scheduled at mutually convenient times. Please let us know about your availability ahead of time, and I will do my best to accommodate your preferred times.

COMMUNICATION

  • We place a premium on open communication. Feel free to ask questions, share your ideas, and discuss your artistic ambitions. You can contact me through Discord or [email protected] with any questions or to share your progress between sessions.

ARTWORK SUBMISSION

  • Please submit your most recent artwork, sketches, or concepts for review before each session. This will allow us to personalize our lectures and tasks to your current creative interests.

CRITICISM AND FEEDBACK

  • Our mentorship relies heavily on constructive feedback. I will give you extensive feedback to help you improve your methods, compositions, and general aesthetic approach.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All conversations, artwork, and personal information exchanged during the mentorship will be kept strictly confidential.

PAYMENT

  • Our separate agreement will include payment information and schedules. To reserve your mentorship spot, you have to provide a deposit. The duration of your classes does not necessarily require full payment upfront; we offer the flexibility to establish installment arrangements or enable payment following the conclusion of each session.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

  • Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to postpone a session. Sessions that are missed without prior notice could be at risk of rescheduling fees.
